Kids’ Parties (ages 4 & up)

Parties are for ages 4 & up only.  Much time and energy is needed to prepare for a good party; we will go above and beyond to ensure your complete satisfaction.  Cost is minimum $195 plus $15 per child.  Parties last 1 - 2 hours.  For each 15 minutes over 2 hours, there will be an additional $25 fee.  There is a 5% discount if you choose not to serve food and drinks in the studio. Lover’s Pizza is a couple of doors down, so you could opt to do the art project, gifts, etc. at the studio, then eat lunch or dinner and have cake at Lover’s or elsewhere after the art party (we are happy to indicate this on your invitations).  Make sure you let the restaurant know you’ll be coming so they’ll be ready for your group.

• 2 dozen helium balloons (birthday person’s favorite colors)

• Total clean-up after the event

What You Provide: 
Relax…you won’t have much to do at all!  Just put stamps & addresses on the invitations, bring the cake / mini water bottles / plates / utensils & napkins, and that’s it…we do the rest!  (PLEASE DO NOT BRING ice cream or sweet drinks, including juice! Bugs and bacteria love spilled sticky stuff---and it gets everywhere!  Thanks.)

NOTE:  To promote and encourage high-quality parties, no discounts are given if you choose to omit any of the items we provide.  Our good reputation is important to us.  Thank you for understanding. 

The studio has a lower table area with 12 small wooden chairs and one large table with 10-14 cushioned chairs w/casters.  12 young children max (none under age 6 allowed at big table); 18 children max if kids are able to use both tables.  It’s a small studio, so PLEASE limit adult supervision to 2 or 3 adults to avoid overcrowding!  Extra parents are encouraged to socialize outside or down at Starbucks so children are not stressed out by overcrowding---it really impacts creativity and well-being when the studio is too full and there is a lot of distracting noise and activity.  Thank you J

Choose An Art Project (or suggest your own for an additional charge):

1. Canvas Bag - paint, stamp & draw on large canvas tote with handles.                           
2. Wooden Picture Frame - paint frame with acrylics and insert photo taken & printed at the party!        
3. Painting on Canvas - step-by-step acrylic painting lesson; subject chosen by birthday person.   
4. 100% Cotton T-shirt (need sizes in advance) - paint, stamp & draw on quality tee with cardboard insert.    
5. Mosaic Mirror - glue beautiful tiles onto mirror frame (grouting instructions & grout sent home)
6. Bisque Mug (other bisque items may be chosen for additional charge) - design mug with colored glazes and  fun techniques; fired and food safe.
